1. What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, a password hash (never your plain password), and your locale preference. Within your household we store the meals, plans, attendance, ratings, and preferences you and other members add. This can include first names of people in your household and any notes or photos attached to a meal.

2. How we use it

We use this data to run the app: showing your weekly plan, sending the household's shopping list, generating meal suggestions, and sending account emails (verification, password reset, invites, and the optional weekly reminder). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We also keep anonymous, aggregated usage counts (for example how many households planned a week), which carry no name, email, or household identifier and are only ever seen as totals.

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's platform (database, per-household storage, and image storage), all within Cloudflare's infrastructure. Meal drafting and photo-to-recipe import use Cloudflare Workers AI. Account and reminder emails are sent via our email provider, Mailgun. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, so your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us.

4. Your choices

You can edit or remove household data at any time from within the app. To close your account and have your data deleted, email us and we'll action it promptly.
