Terms of Service

Last updated 18 July 2026

1. Using Dinner Picker

Dinner Picker is a weekly meal-planning tool for households. By creating an account you agree to use it only for its intended purpose, keep your login details secure, and not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

2. Your account and household

You're responsible for the meals, notes, and other content you and anyone you invite into your household add. You can leave a household or delete your account at any time by emailing us.

3. Subscription and payment

The core planner is free. Dinner Picker's AI features are an optional subscription of £30 per year, charged to one household and shared by everyone in it. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we don't store your card details. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel, which you can do at any time from Settings. Cancelling, refunds and the 14-day cooling-off period are set out in our refunds & cancellations policy. If a renewal payment can't be collected, the household simply returns to the free plan; your data is never deleted for that reason.

4. Availability

We aim to keep Dinner Picker running reliably, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of any change that affects your data.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let registered users know by email.
