Meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients

• 500g Beef & pork meatballs
• 1 Onion
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 carton Passata
• 400g Spaghetti
• 50g Parmesan

Method

1. 1Brown the meatballs all over, then set aside.
2. 2Soften the onion and garlic, pour in the passata and season.
3. 3Return the meatballs and simmer 20 min until cooked through.
4. 4Serve over spaghetti with grated parmesan.
