- 8 Sausages
- 1kg Potatoes
- 300g Frozen peas
- 50g Butter
- splash Milk
- 4 tbsp Onion gravy granules
Method
- 1Roast or grill the sausages until browned.
- 2Boil the potatoes, then mash with butter and a splash of milk.
- 3Simmer the peas and make the gravy.
- 4Plate up and pour over the gravy.
